Dr. C, I noticed that while we have the same dial, yours is lumed with tritium and mine must be luminova. Interesting! Does it still glow any?

Only on rare occasion do I have the use for a tacky meter. The rotating 12 hour bezel is much more useful, IMHO, with multiple applications such as a gauge for accumulated hours, second time zone, or just as a simple timer.

The rose & shield dial date this presentation watch from the mid 1940's. Canadian members might recognize the name:

DF Schneider
25 Years Service
JM Schneider Ltd
1951

(Schneider has since been bought by Maple Leaf Foods)
