Icon5 Are the links hollow on ALL no date subs?

I was in my AD this Friday, and I was presented a no date sub (Not sure if it was the 14060 or the 14060M). I looked it at for about 45 seconds and actually really liked it. I did notice though that the bracelet had hollow links that were easily viewable and distinguishable in weight and feel. FYI, I had no idea what serial number it was.

So my question is, do ALL the no date subs come with hollow links? Or just the older ones? Or maybe just the 14060 and no the 14060m?

Any comments or input would greatly be appreciated!

Yes, hollow center links and folded end links. Many prefer the classic vintage charm.

You are correct. All ND subs have hollow links. The only subs with solid (SS) are ceramic

They all come that way. The prior generation of Sub dates (the 16610) came with hollow links, too, but had more solid end links and a different divers extension. The new ceramic 116610 comes with all solid links.

Good to know guys! Thanks for the responses!

I have a sub-c, so I definitely know the links are solid.

As far as the 16610, I though all the links were solid on those too? Except for the older ones with the non-SELs?

My Subs have solid links only on the links connecting the watch head and clasp. The rest are hollow.

It is awesome that Rolex kept them see-through. Great for tradition and excellent for maintaining that price-point.
