Hi Guys,

I was just contacted by a fellow TRF'er in regards to a watch I "supposedly" had for sale. Someone has created an email address similar to mine and is impersinating me.

What the scammer is doing is browsing the WTB section of this forum and others, and contacting members offering them the watch they are looking for.

The scammer is using this email: [email protected]

If I have something for sale, you will see it in the classifed section of TRF.

If I have something you are interested in please call me directly @ 714-353-9539 or email [email protected]

Please report me if you are contacted by one of these scammers!

same thing happened to me Patrick I put up a thread a couple days about this.

It sucks you cant get through to yahoo and they never even responded to me def let the mods know this seems to be a popular scam lately

That e-mail designation is short for "u yutz" mail. Let's all be careful out there, and read those ads carefully.

update: I have been contacted a couple time this week that this scam artist is emailing WTB ads again. He seems to be targeting TZ and not TRF. Just thought I would share it with you all.
