tudor 90800
Hi,
I have a Tudor 90800. And I found that the Tudor sheild logo on the dial ia not centered. (a little bit off position) I have tried to search from the internet and found some others with the same issue, but some are centered. Is it normal ? Or it should have something wrong ? Can anyone give some comments ? Or if you have one, can you have a look at yours and advise how it look ?? Attached please find two photos of mine for your reference. Thanks !!! |

Funny observation. Likely human error.

You'd think the shield's feet would fit into holes on the dial for an exact fit.
Not sure what happened here. dP

Look at the first baton. It's also shifted to the right. I think the thing was painted incorrectly.

If there are holes on the dial to let the sheild fit on, I agree that it may be the problem on the printing.
But how come it can come out from the Rolex Factory ? No quality control ??? |

I know this is an old thread, but, for the sake of documentation, I thought I’d mention I also have a Tudor 90800 with a dial printing error, but it’s off in the other direction (all markers are a smidgen off counterclockwise.) I’ve seen one or two others online in the past, and they were all silver dials, fwiw.
