new scam or box of nails?
just received an email that is either some type of scam or just reckless:
from Alberto Santa Marķa <[email protected]> "Hi Subtona please see below I've sent this mail to the forum and a fax to Rolex USA, as I don't want you to have not necessary problems keep all the record of the watch you are selling. Hi Guys Last Wednesday, my rolex submariner 16613 was stolen (Montreal) The following day we notified Rolex NY the serial number is N453908, and was recently serviced RNS same date. Every looks similar even the bracelet issue, to the one is being selling by subtona in the forum which number is not listed, and may be is not the same. As I already notified Rolex I am forced to contact them and you guys, I will try to contact subtona too. Thanks" as i have numerous posts containing my watch before "last Wed" and the serial numbers are clearly identified in my original warranty along with my service warranty, i fail to see the thread of possibility that would lead to an email that would suggest my watch "May Be" stolen??? :dummy ::dumm y:

Could be legit, who knows. Either way I'd check the serial number and see if it's the same...

Is yours the TT sub with SS bracelet, serial starting E52?
If so, he's looking for an N serial, so tell him sorry, keep searching. |

yes thats mine since 1991... frustrating that someone would jump to a conclusion like that without doing a drop of due diligence.

Yes, as there's so few 16613 produced.
They all tend to look "the same".
