Cartier Pasha's dial
One of my family members had bought a Cartier Pasha 42mm months ago in Hong Kong. After some careful examination, I had noticed some slight yellowish spotting on the watch silver's dial. Hereby, I would like to help her to ask about whether is it normal for the case and where could she possibly find a dial to replace and the cost associate in replacing the dial? Is Cartier Service Centre the only solution?
Happy Chinese New Year. Cheers.

Get it back to the service center via your AD. Done and done.

It is a pre-owned watch, hence I am trying to help her out by not going to the service centre route as the warranty had expired. However, it seems that I better advice her to send it as there ain't much solutions around. Thanks anyway, brother Bryan.
It should be an unpleasant buying experience for her as this is her first time buying used watches.
