Geneva Swiss is on the 1570 movement. I'm not sure the picture gives enough detail to determine finishing level. I'm not saying this watch is legit but the movement looks ok to my eyes (in the provided photos).

As far as i know, this watch style was only made out to british royal navy and canadian navy if we are talking military. and they stamped case back with identifying service numbers. The E's do give it away!
