I have read that Luminova does not fade like Tritium used to fade. Having looked at 12 year old Seamasters, for example, I would tend to agree that there's no change in the luminosity after that amount of time. It lasts.

If the Luminova is well kept in a safety place which is without the Sunlight one will its life time become longer?

You're asking questions no one can answer. Luminova has only been around since the late 90's. It's supposed to last much longer than tritium.
