Narrowed down to two choices
OK
I have been debating this and that back and forth as many of you know. Well I have finally narrowed it down to two options and I think I know which direction I am going to take but first I figure I will see what the masses say. I am debating between a YG DD II White Dial and Romans and a YG GMT IIc with black dial. Both to me qualify as sporty and great for daily casual wear with jeans and a TShirt. I really do not consider the DDII formal as it's a full sized watch, perhaps if I had 8 in + wrists it would be more formal but one smaller sized wrists I think it still looks sporty. The GMT IIC is really an elegant watch as well, I can't say enough good things about it I tried on a WG Sub the other day and it is a beautiful watch but it just did not grab me. What I have in my collection that won't be leaving: Rolex DJ SS Jubilee (first Rolex), Rolex 5513 Matte sub, Breitling Gen II Navitimer (early 60's) AP Ultra thin manual Skeleton, Rolex 16570 White Exp II, MIH watch (if you don't know what it is look it up!), IWC Port Rose Gold Chrono, IWC Ti Aquatimer Chrono (last generation), a TT Oysterquartz complete set I go back and forth about selling but for now am gonna let it sit. Watches I am debating moving on to a better home: Green Sub C, Linde Werdelin DLC Oktopus, Blacpain Fifty Fathoms, a couple Marathons, a small 24 hr hand 1675 restored by Bob Ridley (on the fence with it) So..... What do you guys think based on what I already have. I have to add I really think I am going to pick up a SD again (not dssd) at some point as well.

Both nice, but the GMT in gold is killer.

A YG Daytona or now out of production 16618 are worth considering.
But from what you have identified I prefer the GMT.

Tough decision (I know the DD in the picture is WG and not the dial you want--but you can pretend).
I think I wear the GMT the most--so that is my vote. If I didnt already have a YG GMT my DD would have been ordered yellow instead. I love both models and either way you decide you will have a great watch.

Hey Tom, if you didn't wear that massive hunk of gold, you could reduce you lap times by 00.00.01s!

After trying on a YG DD II and feeling the lovely heft and radiance of that piece, my vote goes to it.

Two solid choices, but the GMT is extra special in my opinion. Honestly, I couldn't fault you going either way here.

I'm more of a DD person then a GMT person, but in this instance I'd say GMT. Not a fan of the DD II.

Well I think I have made up my mind.
Never had a YG watch before. Hope I like it! My wife keeps teasing me saying ill look like on Of the old Drs in her practice with a YG watch. I think it's going to be a couple weeks till all the cards fall into place but I will post pics of what I get.
