The 116610LV is my favorite because it is so unique and the beautiful green dial looks different in every light condition...

Sorry to say this on this forum.... but....
That JLC on gator strap looks amazing! Better than the Rolex's above! Sorry - but that JLC should be banned from this forum! |

This sterile watch that I assembled myself. I know every jewel, scratched screw, and worn pivot on this piece. It doesn't cost anywhere near some of my nicer pices but it's a labor of love (and sometimes hate). It's uniquely mine.

Very cool! Is that an actual oyster case you used for assembling your watch?

I love my Rolex, but I've really been enjoying having this on my wrist since I got it back from service. Now if I wasn't so anal about the scratches I've been putting on it changing straps I could probably enjoy wearing it even more. I have to admit I'm all thumbs when it comes to doing things with little screws and little screw drivers. I have the stainless band, too, so that's a real chore to change cause it's heavy and lining it up for the screw isn't that easy for me.

Great watch! Have you seen the springbars designed to replace Panerai strap screws? It looks like a screw but operates like springbars. Strap changes only require toothpicks and no more scratches. Check out Panatime. |
