Le Tourbillon Restaurant, Punta Cana D.R.
While vacationing in the Carribean, we stumbled upon this restaurant at our hotel: Iberostar Grand Bavaro. Cool watch theme! Ceiling full of watches, watches everywhere. Take a look.

Food was pretty good. Typical Caribbean resort quality.

Looks like an interesting place to dine. I hope they didn't charge Patek prices.

What a nice place! If I ever go in Punta Cana I'll definitely go there.

Looks like a great place! I'd love to go back to Punta Cana one day, but hopefully next time I won't get food poisoning.

It needs to be good as he clearly needs to make lots of money to pay for his expensive watch affinity!

Bruce, looks like you had a great time on your vacation and as long as the food was good it looks like a fun place to eat!!!
We ate at a popular restaurant in Springfield Illinois which had a theme of 1960's Rock and Roll...there were record album covers, jackets and and records glued all over the walls and ceiling. It was fun looking at all of them and the food was great and the place was packed!!!

As i stated before food was pretty typical high end carribean resort food. Nothing too good, but better than the typical resort buffet restaurant. I thought the theme of the restaurant was pretty cool. Not like I had ever seen before. While waiting for our table, a couple was behind us and I noted that he was wearing a panerai. I invited them to dinner with my wife and I and talked about watches with the gentleman throughout the entire meal. I invited him to check out this forum. Maybe another WIS is in the works :)
