Favorite watch model name?

Ok, nerdy enough topic but I was thinking about model names. Since this is a part of marketing/branding and hopefully leads to some kind of positive associations for the potential buyer I thought this could be interesting. Anyway two examples of dive watches:

Number 1: Rolex Seadweller

For me, deep sea diving is as mysterious as space exploration. Deep, cold oceans with no margins for errors.

Number 2: Omega Planet Ocean

This name is warmer, more adventurous in a recreational way.

Any other good names out there?

The good thing about it is that you can nickname it APROOCJALE.

I like the names of the Patek Philippe Celestial and the Vacheron Constantin Tour de l'île. I think they sound quite majestic.

I have an Oris Der Meistertacher.

Sounds more like the title of a European "speciality" film.

Best name is a little predictable - Submariner. Conjurs up daring, stealth, engineering, naval exploits and deep oceans.

You know, I really like when companies use their own language. Like A. Lange und Söhne for example. Their Daymatic (day-date) has wochentag (day of week) on the dial and the first letter for the German days of the week indicator.

I love the name of the Deep Sea Challenge. Also, I may be alone here with this, but I love Black Magic (by Hublot) as well, not to mention the name "Big Bang" of their main product line. And I guess it would be a bit boring to mention Royal Oak and Nautilus

Moi ? Je t'aime le mot 'Spationaute' - as in the Yema Spationaute III.

Not just because it's French, was genuinely worn in space in 1988, and is based on a the Seiko 7A38 calibre ....

.... but because it's different to all those all-too-common Omega Speedmaster moon watches.

In this photo, French astronaut Jean-Loup Chrétien may be juggling weightless Omega Speedmasters ....
but on his right wrist is a Yema Spationaute III.

Very cool pic The Speedmaster is the no nonsense space exploration watch. Probably the best association that any watch could have.
