TT Daytona w/Alligator Strap

Hi All,

A few months back, just as I had ordered my TT Daytona from my dealer, and while waiting for the 3 long weeks for it to arrive, I thought that it may actually look very cool on a leather strap. So, even before receiving the watch, I ordered one of Etur's end links. A SS/Gold pair of end links. And I got them even before the watch.

As you would imagine, the first weeks I just wanted to wear my watch "as is". But now I wanted to give it another look. Not so dressy, and a little bit sportier, so I got out the end links, and opened the bag with the brand new Rolex alligator leather strap that I had bought in Germany.

And without further ado, here it is:

What do you guys think?

Not bad at all....It's always good to have options!!
You've got a killer combo with that dial, and red hands..

Nice!!! Btw, are those custom endlinks, or how did you get it to look like that?

Thank you all for so many nice comments!!!

Just came back online and didn't expect so many responses, wow.

I love this strap, it looks even better than in pics, and that is quite something ;)

I got the end links custom made by Etur (you can find a big thread here about his custom end links). The fit and finish is outstanding.

I think that the combination of the TT with the blue dial, and the almost golden contrast stitches on the strap fit quite well.

Like Azguy and Jibba said, I think I will keep it this way for some time now.

Cheers!

Not usually a fan of TT, but that looks like something I would show off around town.

AC---- looks great. Btw, what type of clasp do u have on the leather strap?
I'm thinking of doing the same to my tt daytona, but having a custom strap made to fit the tt clasp.
