Good deal for SubC?

Hi guys I just bought a new SubC from AD. They gave me 5% discount plus 3 years additional warranty. So is it a good deal? However, it has a G serial but they said the watch just came in to their store from Rolex yesterday. Thank you for your opinion. Really appreciate it

For now, a G serial is as current as a random. Many AD's won't discount a Sub C at all, so it's a good deal. Especially if the 3 years extra warranty would be honored by a Rolex trained watchmaker with a Rolex parts acct.

Enjoy it, great watch.

Agreed.. I always ask random dealers/AD's, and they always say the same, no discounts ever...

So you got a good deal indeed :) Enjoy

Congrats 5% is a decent discount as many stores don't discount it at all

Not a bad deal for the SF Bay Area. Most ADs in the area won't discount SS sports models.

Thanks guys, I'm happy that I made the right decision yesterday :) I asked your opinion because I saw some thread on this forum that you can get discount more than 5% even on SS Sport models. Thank you again for your opinion. I am proud become a Rolex owner now. Cheers

Discounts are more likely on the slower moving items, like the all golds or TT's. But the SS's sell easily, so no need.

They're great watches, eh?

was recently in Vegas (there is an AD in every hotel almost) and stopped in several stores. They all said they do not give any discounts at all.

It's hard to get discount for that type of Rolex...it's one of their best selling....3 years additional warranty is also nice...but may be they would do it in-house as Rolex gives only 1 year warranty normally....
