Rolex Boutique in Guam expensive??

I visited the Rolex Boutique in Guam yesterday and it seems like they raise the MSRP since there is no sales tax here. for example:

Sub C was $8800

GMT II C was $8500

Are these correct current prices?

Seems like the Sub C I looked at last week in Hawaii was $8000

Been a few years since I've been to Guam. I did visit the local AD, possibly before the boutique was built, but that was many price increases ago.

looks like the price is a little higher than the msrp: subc is $8,000 and gmt2c is $7,900
