I've lost 35lbs and want to celebrate.

Hello to you all.

In the last 4 months I've lost about 35lbs in weight and I'm thinking about buying a watch to celebrate this.

I know that lots of people have lost far more than this but I'm feeling a lot better now after this and I'm quite proud of myself.

I am sharing this with you so that if my weight starts to go up again I can re-read this and remember how good I felt about things today. I am thinking about buying a watch so that I can use this for the same purpose, to look at and remind myself why I bought it.

I hope you are all having a good day today and feel as happy as I do.

Well done.

A new watch would be a nice reward for your efforts so far. Then a quick glance at your wrist would be symbolic to you of the importance of maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Great job! As stated above, the watch would be a wonderful reminder of that accomplishment.

Congrats on the weight loss. Keep up the healthy lifestyle and definitely treat yourself to a new watch. That new watch will be a great reminder on your wrist on what you accomplished.

Excellent!! I am glad to see that you are rewarding yourself: not with a counterproductive / excessive meal, but rather something you don't mind keeping with you for a while!

Do yourself a favor. Commit to maintaining by adopting whatever eating/lifestyle changes are needed and a ditch the loose clothes so that you don't fall into the approximately 80% that gain it back (plus some) within 2 years!!

Congrats!!!
