Dive photos with a Rolex other than Subs

Hi guys,
I know that Submariners are made for scuba or deep sea diving. But I am curious, have any of you certified scuba divers dived with a watch other than a Sub? I would like to see some dive photos with non-Sub Rolexes!

IMHO, there is no reason to dive with a watch other than a submariner or a seadweller. The whole point is to have an instrument with a unidirectional rotating bezel to time your dive and to keep you safe. Other Rolex watches can withstand the dive.......but what's the point of taking one that the diver cannot use?? If you aren't using it to time your dive......you are just taking a watch underwater

Have to agree Jason stay safe use the correct tools,although dived with SD and Subs most today would use a dive computer with a watch as back up.My own favourite dive watch was the Citizen Aqualand 11 that gave far more dive relating information than a simple time lapse bezel.

Padi, I get where you are coming from, but I have just had several battery failures on vacation. I guess I just like the KISS philosophy. Keep It Simple Stupid. I use a Rolex as my primary bottom timer, and a backup electronic timer/depth gauge. That way, if my electronics fail me on vacation, (and I can't find a battery) my diving is not ruined.

Talking about keeping it simple several years ago was working on a liveaboard south Red Sea.We had a guy on board that have every diving gadget you could imaging on his person and BC.Now he kept on and on when are going to see the Hammerheads..So on the north side of the Elphinstone reef there was a large anchor chain with several ropes to hang on too as the current could get quite strong.Well myself and this guy settled down on the edge of the reef and out in the blue a shoal of Hammerheads when by.But I noticed a few broke away from the shoal,I kept a close eye on them.And then turned to this guy and signalled to look behind.Well two of these Hammerheads passed by around 20 ft from us well this guy nearly nearly sh#te himself.And I had to physicality hold him down when we returned to the surface I said well you wanted to see sharks he did not dive for the rest of the trip.
