There is a thread in the watch out section on this website. General consensus is that they either can't deliver or you wait forever for your watch or your refund to arrive.

SwissLuxury is an import/export business.. They are not an Authorized Rolex Dealer. If they have the watch, they will send it out. If they do not have the watch, you will be waiting until they get one in.. They cannot directly order one for you from Rolex.. They simply "order" one from their various sources and wait until they can provide it..

If all you are doing is shopping price, you may get a good del. You might also wait a long time if the watch you want is popular but in short supply..
