Thoughts on a Tudor band anyone?
I just won the auction and I am stoked:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/200772004165 But it still seems odd he can sell it at that price and still stay in business. I didn't think I could afford a real two tone Tudor, but this makes it possible. It still seems to good to be true. Anyone here think it might not be kosher and why? |

It's for a not very desirable model, thus the low price.

did you carefully measure your case lugs? you bought a 17mm band. i think this is for a midsize watch. i doubt a ranger had lugs so small. i thought 19mm

I have 2 watches it could fit. I measured between the lugs and came up with 17 mm on one and 18.20 mm on the other. I guess it's going onto my 17 mm mid size.

The 17mm end pieces probably make it a hard sell.

This is just the first true gold and steel (not plated) two tone band I have seen for less than $500. Maybe it's my being a n00b, but that was what surprised me most. I was looking at Rolex riveted 17 mm bands and even the steel only bands were in the same price range. I just wanted something to make my mid size pop a bit more. The fact it was Tudor was a plus in my book.

Just added a second band and need help trying to cross reference Rolex to Tudor links (if possible). I picked up a Tudor 7835 with 361b ends. Looks like I will need 2 links. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated. Here's a link to the new band:
