How to get the Royal Oak book ...
... if you live in a country where there's no AP Boutique in?
 Of course I don't expect to get one free of charge. I've already sent an email to the Prague AP Boutique to buy one from them and ship it here (Hungary) -- but no response. I'm quite surprised by that, since when I visited them last year, everyone was very kind and helpful. Maybe I should contact another European AP Boutique?

Reach out to the boutique in NYC and they will send it to you with no problems. I know it might not make much sense to send the book that's printed in Europe all the way from the U.S. but one thing about the NY boutique is that they are reliable. Otherwise reach out to Thomas aka TSW and he might be able to help. He is the AP "secret agent".
