Show me your Rolex on NATO/ZULU!
So I've never been a fan of NATO/ZULU straps, but I'm starting to like them now for some odd reason... I've seen some photos of the GMT-C on stripped ZULU and it looks fantastic!
Can you guys please post some of your favorite Rolex on NATO/ZULU? Also, what is the difference between NATO and ZULU anyways? Thanks. |

Oh, and here is how I understand the difference but others may be able to provide more insight:
Zulu: Thicker material, no watch keeper, rounded hardware NATO: Thinner material, watch keeper strap, squared off hardware -Steve "Make no little plans, they have not magic to stir men's blood, make big plans" - Burnham |

I felt the same about nato straps at first. Seems like a long time ago now.

I prefer the simpler mil strap without the additional hardware. I keep several in each size for whatever watch comes my way. My Seiko diver and the Alsta live on them.

love the look And feel of the NATO on the sub. I usually wear a dark gray strap which matches the faded face exactly -- but this green is good and rugged too. I have about 20 different ones and rotate my watches through them.
