Am I the only one that likes the WG surrounds?
I know a lot of ppl are into the vintage models without the white gold surrounds on the hour markers, but I like them. I just wish Rolex would hurry up and put the maxi dial on the other sport watches

Oh yeah, forgot to answer your question! I like both dials, the old and new, I happen to be wearing a vintage now but either dial makes me smile!!

Bah what do you know? Soon you won't even have the best watch that Rolex makes any more. :(

I'm all for them too Roger and would also love to see maxi dials on all models as it makes a great difference in luminosity!!! Every time i have my YM on at night I am amazed at the difference...

I like 'em fine, I own an Exp and a Sub with WG. The only model I really *don't* like them on is the ND sub, for some reason.

I like both dials. When I got my GMT II, it had just come out, and I liked the ringed hour markers, so I got it. Now I find the plain white dots -- especially on older GMTs -- very classy. I'd like to get a 6542 or 1675.
