What is the purpose of wearing watches? Yeah.. to know what time it is. Many watches companies have been advertising for accuracy and precision. Rolex included.

the more i read about watch, the more nonsensical i think about wearing expensive watches..

they are becoming irrelevant in terms of precision. smart phones offers a lot more precision by auto-syncing to the atomic clock. i am sure many of us carry smart phones.

so, why wear expensive watches? yeah, because we feel good. it is the feel good factor, guys! not the precision!

Because some still value hand craftsmanship, or the mechanical marvel of an automatic watch? Or the joys of being unplugged?
