Where is the best uk independent service
I have just received my 15200 and I am very pleased its gained just one second in 24hrs. However just for peace of mind I would like the watch serviced and some scratches polished out.
I am looking for some input and experiences of independent companies with a Rolex speciality and access to genuine parts based in the UK |

William Rice ( www.williamricewatches.com/servicing.php ) is one of the most highly regarded independents in the UK, although he's on holiday until the end of August now.
I would, however, like to hear about any others that people could recommend ;) |

I've only had one service from an independent but if there's someone better than Russell Talerman he'd be pretty damn good.
Three week turnaround for my GMT which had sustained water damage and is now looking and running as good as new. Then when I found that the watch was running at +8 seconds Russell regulated it at no cost, down to +2 seconds. Last week I took my wife's Explorer to him for a regulation and again he obliged at no cost. |
