NATO colour choice
I think I now see why some people can't stand nylon straps and others have a mini collection of them, having realised that the sleeves under which the watch sits play a much more prominent role than they do with a bracelet.
I was pretty pleased with the look of the brown zulu strap I bought ... when wearing a T-shirt and a light brown jacket. With my bright orange shirt it just didn't work at all. Suffice to say I will be ordering more straps. Black and orange should be delivered tomorrow... But what to wear with the red/white/blue? |

I prefer solid black & gray NATO straps.

There's always one that'll work.
(Oh, and for your orange sweater, this!) |

IMO, I think solid gray and black are tough to beat for any SS Rolex watch...

Some rather creative combos
Just remembered I have this one, and still haven't found a watch to suit... |

Some look really good. Others, not so much.
