Brushing PCLs?
I know several on this forum have brushed the PCLs on their Rolex bracelets which I have no intent to do.
But I have a non-Rolex bracelet that is both polished and brushed. I would like it to be all brushed. My question is to those of you that brushed the PCLs. How did you do it? What did you use to obtain the desired finish? Fr. John† |

And I read that some have tried scotch-brite pads but the results are grainy compared to the brush pens.

I believe authorized dealers will do it for you
I enjoy my watches too much to use my mechanical ineptitude on them. i am sure more of our compatriots will weigh in.
P.S., contrary to popular opinion, I like the PCLs on my GMT IIc. My wife just got a watch with PCLs and she likes them, too. |

I doubt it would cost that much so to change polished to brushed, I'd let a pro handle it.

HATED the PCL's on my GMT but I would never ever attempt to brush them myself. Just not brave enough. I took mine to a specialist and paid a small amount of money for them to do it. I couldn't be happier and the watch looks a hundred times better for it.
