worst online customer service (watch winder)

placed an order for a cheap watch winder. been 5 days, no response or update of my order. now they have all my credit card information and i am in trouble. i am running online business too. and i can not believe this company did not care about customer at all. no response to email and phone call. this company located in california, and me too. 5 days and no shipment and update. Bad Bad BAD. |

latest news: item sent 7 days after purchased. and now they did not follow my instruction.
i stated my shipping address is my warehouse. and they shipped the item to my home address i always away from home. now i got FxxK again. |
