FS: Rolex 5512 Submariner - Early 1959 - Pointed Crown Guards
This is an extremely early 5512 Submariner, manufactured in 1959. The dial is a gilt dial with an "exclamation point" marker at 6:00 with the black still shiny, showing some scuffing in the center. The model and serial number have been rendered illegible from pitting over the years, which is fairly common on these watches. Overall, the pointed crown guard case is in excellent condition for its age. For a vintage piece of this age, we would rate the watch in excellent condition. The movement runs and winds properly. The case, dial, crown, movement, and hands appear to be original, and the bracelet is in very good condition showing very little stretch, long enough for an 8 inch wrist.
Credit/PayPal Price: $9,200.00 Shipping per buyers chosen method at cost. Overseas sales dependent upon country. Contact me (preferably) at [email protected] or 512-574-4385
