Flip Lock Clasps
I've noticed that very late model Dates/DJ's with the Oyster Bracelet have a flip lock clasp....very nice
My question to the group is do you think this clasp is available by itself and, if so, would it fit on the band of an older DJ or AK? Thanks! |

Sorry, but actually the new Oyster bracelet for the Date and DJ has NOT got any Fliplock.
It LOOKS as if it has a Fliplock, but in fact it hasn't: Here the front of a new-style 116234 with the new-style Oyster bracelet: And here the clasp: The "gap" you see is NOT a Fliplock (there is no fold-over buckle), but the gap is part of the clasp structure.
