Anyone know the math on these? Is one notch the same as letting the extension link out on a daytona or milgauss? Are two notches the same as adding a new link? Thanks

There is no direct mm per mm trade-off. However, that is about ballpark.

You still adjust for comfort and so you may need to juggle a link and a micro-adjustment back and forth for the right fit.
