DeepSea. I don't think I'd need another and I have no problems wearing it anywhere I might be at.

It's tough between those two - but I'd chose the 14060 and here's why.

I like the hulk, but I personally don't see it as a one and only piece simply because of it's coloring. It's not the most versatile color and does not go with everything. I think it's a great companion watch though.

Out of all the watches, if I were to choose and one and only, it would be a Yacht-Master, SD4000 or Pepsi GMT Master II (with additional LN insert). In my opinion, any of those watches are perfect for one and only's.

Good luck!

LVC!
Many will say that the green doesn't work for an only watch but I disagree.
I have others in my collection but would have no problem with the LV being my one and only.

I like the hulk too. But the colouring preclude it from being an every day wearer (for me) so then that leaves the 14060.

I had the hulk as my daily and traded it in on the 116610LN. I tried to love it but it just wasnt a good fit for me. I like the more classic look.

Neither of those....

Probably this one....just ticks all the boxes for me and feels timeless. Classic Rolex with a contemporary spin

I'm definitely a sports watch guy but this is a fantastic looking piece! One of the best looking DJs I've seen.

I had never noticed a DateJust until I saw the one on your pic...

Wow! I totally agree with you that if one were to only have one Rolex, that would certainly do it!
