Such a thing as a two-tone Day-date?

had a quiet laugh to myself when i was in the Sydney LV store at a gentlemen i assume was wearing a fake rolex, a two-tone day date with president bracelet, do legitimate examples even exist or is it a blatant fake and are my suspicions correct, because from my knowledge the two-tone was only available in datejust.

Given the rarity of the model I would find it unlikely but it could indeed be a Tridor.

Did it look like this (this is not my picture)?

There are no Rolex Day-Date two-tone models. (Stainless steel and gold)

Sry to bump up old thread!!

Today I saw a Honda service advisor wearing Two-tone Day-Date. It didn't looked fake and I saw it closely and its like he's been wearing for years, does such a model exists?

Why bump a 5 year old thread without reading it?

Actually I was opening a new thread and wrote my post and when I saw this, I copied that post and posted here. I thought I edited but looks it didn't come across.

My (edited) point was how rare are the Tridor models? As the one I saw was with light golden dial day date and two tone.

Not rare at all as there are plenty of them around.

BTW, they are not two tone but rater three tone, (hence the name Tridor).

The watches being discussed could possibly be Tudors.

Tudor Date+Day models have evolved away from the Rolex look but the older, two-tone, Tudor Date+Day watches have a cyclops date magnifier, a YG fluted bezel, and a YG two-tone plated jubilee bracelet or a YG two-tone plated oyster bracelet.
