One should go on the chopping block........but which one??

Hello Folks,

I have to put one on sale, but can't decide which one. Both discontinued and classic models. So here I ask for your help and opinions......................
Which one should I hold on to?

#1. "Grate white".

#2. "Oysterquartz"

Thank you.

IMO, the oyster quartz is a much more interesting piece to a serious collector. That said these are two very different watches, and your remaining collection might heavily influence the decision. For example if you have no other GMT watches, I would keep the omega.

Like the quartz better personally. But that would make sense here.

Rolex does not make quartz anymore. It is a highly accurate timekeeper and relatively rare piece. The Omega Great White is nice too, but Omega still makes other GMT's. Keep the Oysterquartz.

You already have a 1675 GMT, so the Great White is a bit redundant functionally.
I'd let it go...

Sold my OQ last month and regret it immensely, a really really lovely watch. You got to keep it imo.

For me, the question boils down to a financial one. You say you must sell one---so sell the one which will translate into fundsreturn sufficient to address whatever financial issue has necessitated sale in the first place.

Nothing wrong with the Great White, but the Oyster Quartz is far more interesting imo.
