5513 Band question

Can anyone tell me if 5513's were ever distributed with 78360 bracelets. If the answer is yes, then wahat years? Thanks

An AD would have put whatever you wanted on the watch to make a sale so anything is possible at the AD level. The 78360 is not a divers band and did not come on a dive watch from Rolex.

X2 Greekbum nailed it.

Also, here is some additional info regarding band types fitted to specific models beginning in the 1980's. The band type was coded in the last few digits of the style number which was found at the top of the warranty paper. If the style number ended in 9315, the watch would have been fitted with the 93150 band. For years I've seen questions here regarding the authenticity of GMT 16760's and GMT 16710's that were wearing 93150 bands. There was a concern among some here that these bands did not originally come on GMT's, when in fact the GMT II's could be ordered with 93150 bands by dealers.

I came accross an early 70's 5513 with a 78360 band. I suspect that the band is not original to the watch, but was wondering if there is any possibilty that it was, before I switched bands.

Bracelets 5513 + Endpiece

6636 = 64
7206 = 80
9315 = 280-380
93150 = 580
