Which Strap Should I Put On My Daytona?
Hi All,
First Picture is my Daytona with Rolex Band. It is a nice look but the factory band is nice but worn out. I plan to keep it and order a replacement from my AD. Pictured Below is the watch with my 2 new straps and the Factory Strap off to the side. The new straps are: 1. Hornback Alligator with color matched stiching. Close to factory color. 2. Navy Blue Alligator with white stitching to match white dial. I am torn with which band to put on the watch right now. This is not one of my sport watches where I plan to change the band often. The use will be both a suit and occasionally a golf shirt. Which one do I put on first? <Option 1 or 2> Thanks in advance. (Note- the bezel is NOT worn out it is just harsh lighting I needed to get color accurate on the bands) |

Nearly 60 views and zero opinions? The quality btw is equal to the Rolex strap or better. Hard to see in a photo but it just is.

I think the factory strap looks best.

Maybe the 60 viewers get a picture of a question mark like I do. I can't see the picture on my phone using tapatalk, so I'll need to log onto the desktop.

Negative on the pictures....I was just checking out some Gunny straps and they look awesome. I'm more of a "vintage" look guy myself, but they're awesome. Good luck on your strap search!

The factory strap is on order for mint preservation. These 2 will be for daily wear with a suit. I copied and pasted picture link. Hope that works better.
Here is the pic of the 2 straps for my 18k yellow gold daytona. The hornback alligator is basically the same color as my factory strap prior to age- http://s8.postimage.org/aoc93hodv/Lo...atch_Bands.gif |

I'd say the hornback. I think the YG looks better on a brown strap.

Not a fan of white stitching on straps to go with a suit.
I do like the hornback.

Brown hornback suits the YG better imo, but navy blue with white stiching is good too, gives it a more sporty look.

Great choice of watch! My favourite. I love the black, just to confuse matters.
