Thumbs up for Michael Young in HK
I have recently purchased a Tudor snowflake with a pretty beat-up 76 C&I riveted bracelet. I mean, it was real garbage.
Decided to shoot an e-mail to Michael, and was prepared to wait a long time to get an answer, based on some previous posts. He responded very kindly, on the next day, with the the cost estimate ( US 80+45 for shipping it back to Brazil). I shipped the bracelet, via Fedex and he sent me an e-mail as soon as he got the bracelet. He asked me 8-10 weeks to have it done. His words: " 8-10 weeks. But this is just a general approximation, we are a small workshop and have little man power, so please be a little patient since sometimes it takes longer". Much to my surprise, after 2 weeks he sent me an e-mail saying it was ready to ship. Got the bracelet after 4 days. The result? Simply amazing! Will post pics soon Michael is a fine gentleman, and his work is truly amazing. would easily recommend him. best luciano |

Excellent - I've just sent him one of mine, and so far he has been cooperative and helpful with me also. Looking forward to getting mine back - hopefully sooner than expected, too.
