Very hard to say with most pics being blurry. Seller has also lifted a stock photo that is the only clear one. He also removed the only high ticket item he had good feedback for - a watch.
Maybe a good reason to stay away.

No close ups and pretty cheap I would be cautious, can you meet and have it checked ? If not, you can't tell much from those photos sorry.

The seller seems to be intentially taking low quality pictures and bad angled shots.. why would you do that when trying to sell a high-end watch? Stay away
