Authenticate?
Hey Guys,
I bought a watch on eBay. Should I have it authenticated locally? The serial number on the inner bezel matches the serial number on the warranty card. Would a fake have the inner bezel serial with matching warranty card? Under loop I can see that the crystal is etched with the crown and the seller has awesome feedback selling many other Rolex's. Has anyone heard of this seller? Would you have it authenticated or do you think I am safe based on the above? Auction link below. Thanks as always guys! http://www.ebay.com/itm/271095661462...84.m1423.l2649 |

Looks good, a little high on the price but if you are happy that is all that matters!
Here is one for comparison: https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=254225 |

other than those dings on the bezel by the crown, you're good.

The seller has many, also expensive watches. Do not think he wants negative, about him. Next time, maybe you should check BEFORE you buy.
Congrats to watch...!!!! ---------------------------------------------------

Thanks so much guys! I did on the forum BEFORE I bought. But you can't really authenticate from photos over net, so I wanted to update with the details of the serial number, etched crystal, etc.
Thanks again guys, you all are wonderful! |

Also, I saw those dings too in the photos, but I can't see them under loop, so thinking it was just dust or a bad photo. Watch was mint!
