Gentlemen,
What can we do, if after so many reportings the watch is still on? Ebay just proves again what it is... the complice of counterfeiters |

That website makes money from listings, their business model is in conflict with their TOS

buying on ebay
Does this mean one shouldn't buy a Rolex from ebay ever? The other stuff I've purchased on ebay has been fine.....I guess I need more experience/knowledge to determine if it's a genuine article or not. Thanks for looking out for us newbies!

Ebay should cooperate more with brand owners and not let the platform be "the" trading place for fakes. For watches they could at least introduce the requirement to name to them serial numbers and show part of them on pictures. Ebay leaves it completely up the the brand owner and the buyer to find out whether an item is fake, but not only this, it also does not act swiftly on reportings taking off a fake item. And the worst: even if taken off, it still let's the seller re-post these or other items.
