X2. At first I was scared to open the post but it doesn't look to bad. Would be nice if the tenders were gold as well but doubt you would ever find a NATO with gold loops.

I love the timepiece but, personally, not a fan of the band. A glossy alligator band, however, I would fancy. What model is this? I adore the Roman numerals.

I try so hard to be positive on TRF, but in this case, can't do it....sorry........

Would you paint your car at Earl Sheib?
Would you furnish your mansion from IKEA?
Would you eat at Spago in your pajamas?

Agree with the prior post, a 'President' is only such if it's on a President bracelet. This is just a DayDate on a piece of fabric.

The NATO is the thing of dive watches, not an iconic dress watch with the heritage of a Rolex DayDate.

Thanks for the pic, now go put that bracelet back on before the Fashion Police knock on your door !

Gotta agree. Ruined....comes to mind, but hey what do I know, still an amazing watch and more importantly that you're happy.

Big shame that such a beautiful watch (Rolex icon) will be on nato bracelet .... Sports watch, yes, but DD still deserves a better place than piece of cloth,or skin.

Looks great IMO. I probably wouldn't keep it like that permenantly but to switch it up here and there, I think it is a great idea

Actually, I like it!

It probably steers away the watch from its natural habit but it does not look bad. With this setup I would not wear it under a formal suit but it would work under some formal casual look (for instance a jacket with jeans and this kind of stuff).
