Diver band ques

Today's token dumb question. Just received my new XS strap for the diver. Removing the strap from the watch is obvious. However, taking the buckle off the other strap is not obvious. How do I do this? TIA

The Diver is a tang. Is on the tang somewhere?

Ok. Then take a knife between the strap and tang and push in the springbar.

It uses a springbar so push back the strap end and you'll see the flange.
