With the GMT IIc I have the pin in the last of the three holes inside the clasp (making for the shortest lenght without having to remove a link). It is a VERY comfy watch. Sometimes I am in doubt if I have it on!  Precision: seems to lose 1 sec/day, but with my "shake" method I can make it go precisely during the day. Lume is PERFECT! GMT hand is spot on as it should be (not misaligned). Date changes 10 secs. after midnight! All in all I am VERY satisfied!
