Do you wear a watch when you work out?

Gents and all you young ladies,

Sorry boys, I don't mean raising a glass to your mouth to take a drink, although that is a form of working out.

Nope. Take it off right before lifting, and then it goes right back on after the shower. Don't like the binding feel of trying to lift with a watch. And my wrist seems to swell a bit when I work out.

Yes but a more practical workout watch than a Rolex. Casio is the 'Rolex' in the workout world.

Only time I wear a watch for exercising is when I wear my Garmin 610 for running.
