A woman goes to her physician with an awkward problem. Madam, he tells her, I’m a doctor so you can speak freely. Well, I have cold thighs all the time. The doctor feels her thighs but they don’t seem very cold to him.

No doctor, she explains, my inside thighs are cold. And indeed, they’re ice cold. Well, the doctor asks, they are cold but does it cause a problem?

Not to me, the woman says, but my husband has constant ear-infection.
