Lady DateJust with colored face?
I'm looking for an online store or dealer besides Barney's that sells the colored face (pastels, pink, lime, etc..) Lady DateJust vintages..
Or even new, but does that even exist? Any leads? The ones are Barney's are from the early 70's.. |

Welcome Kiya. I would stay away from those multi-colored dial watches. They are not 100% Rolex with the dials being aftermarket. Rolex will not service them. My best advice is to go to an authorized Rolex dealer and look at the inventory or sample books. For not much more then you would spend on a non-original Rolex you can get a 100% real one.

From my understanding, the only thing that's non-rolex is the face front.
I've got a DateJust and a Day-Date and both were bought from an unauthorized dealer that's a reputable high end jeweler and watch service center, so i'm less concerned about getting it serviced and more concerned with actually finding the watch.. |

Welcome to TRF!
Wolfgang is right. Barney sells Rolex watches with "customized" (aftermarket, if you like) dials. RSC will add an original, standard DJ dial during service - at YOUR expense, so I'd avoid buying one of those.

Why would a service center add a different dial if there was nothing wrong with the old custom dial?

It is their policy to replace non standard parts and return them to you with the serviced watch.
