Apparently first explosion occurred, then about 20 seconds later, the second went off. Boston hospitals have gone into disaster mode.

So far 3 dead from 2 explosions first was at Marathon Sports, second was in a trash can outside of Abe & Louie's steak house, and they found a third bomb outside of the Boston Public Library, the bomb squad detonated it immediately rather than risk transporting it.
