Little help!! Is this an authentic IWC dealer clock?
So I just bought this clock (birthday present) and I pay for it and I get to thinking hey did I over pay? So I look for another one like it. I find the same seller selling another one very close to the same that started right after mine sold.
Then I look at finished auctions for the same clock and find every week this guy sells one or the other of these clocks. for around $400-$600. every week and had other brands There is a different date on the backs of them but how do you collect 6-10 of the same clock and sell them on a week for at least a year?? So if anyone know some thing I would like to hear Thank you |

Without a link we will never know the individual who sold you this clock, but past experiences point to fakes made in China. There has been lots of past activity on Watchout!!! getting these guys banned on eBay because they have no link to the watch companies and are stealing the logos and designs and charging ridiculous prices.
Good to hear you got your money back. It sounds like your enquiry has made the seller nervous. J. Alan |

I have visited a lot of Rolex and other watch dealers in many countries and have never seen a brand name battery powered clock supplied by highend watch companies hanging on a store wall.
The only exception is the green Rolex clock hanging on the outside wall of AD stores, and you can bet your bottom dollar that Rolex own's these display clocks or has some kind of control mechanism to make sure they don't hit the marketplace. The real McCoys are rarely for sale. J. Alan |
