stopped in amsterdam airport on my way to the US from Dubai and while i was waiting for my next flight i saw a Rolex AD, no one was there looking at the watches even !! maybe coz it was 6 am local time or something i dunno...

they didnt have a big collection though, just some nice gold daytonas and some turn-o-graphs, 1 sub no date and some yacht masters..

i asked about the daytona policy, they said they get 1 in about every 6-8 weeks and its first come first serve, i asked about the milgauss and he said that he has not even seen a milgauss yet, but maybe soon..

ohh by the way, im in texas now heading off to vegas tomorow !! will sure get some pics from vegas too !!

and while i was in dubai international airport i passed by the rolex AD there,, they didnt have much too, a few fate justs and some airkings

but i did see a nice pepsi GMT on jubilee !! was almost tempted to buy it.. but ill save my money for my trip lol.. maybe hit the jackpot in vegas !!

Speaking of Dubai. I may be going there in a month or so. Will it be any cheaper to buy a watch there as opposed to buying one in the states? Is there anything cheaper in Dubai to the point where I can bring it to the U.S. and re-sell it for a profit (except for oil, of course)?

only difference is dubai is tax free... and 10% discount on most rolex models.. and ONLY ONE AD,, Seddiqi and sons

Interesting point about Dubai and no tax.
How would customs ever know where the watch was bought if you are wearing it whwn you walk home and have the box and papers posted home by the AD?

A lot of my friends bought they Rolexes in Dubai for exactly the same reason.Much,much cheaper than in Belgrade.
