FS: EXPII Polar 16570-$3,700
Rolex 16570 Explorer II Polar (U serial)
Well this was my first Rolex, and as much as I want to love it, it’s just not singing to me since my personal preference is larger sizes and dive watches. On to the watch…. Watch, as you can see from the pictures, is in wonderful shape, 93% conservatively. This variant is less common than most as it has the SWISS dial that wasn’t used very long in between the tritium dials and the super luminova dials. The ONLY blemish on the entire watch is 2 tiny imperfections in the edge of the crystal at 6 o’clock. Nearly impossible to photograph, you can only feel them with your fingernail. Doesn’t affect the watch in any way, cannot even see them on the wrist. Never bothered me…. No dings or dents in the watch. It has had a light polish sometime in its lifetime, but case is very, very nice and thick. Bracelet has minimal stretch and is in excellent shape. Currently running at +2-3 seconds daily, as expected. Service history unknown, but first owner claimed servicing couple of years ago. Comes with everything you see below….box, papers, and all 13 links. Price-$3,700 shipped via PayPal (confirmed addresses only), CONUS only please. Only trade considered is Omega Planet Ocean, non-chrono** **non-ceramic, you add money **ceramic, I add money I have only sold a handful of watches over the past few years via online forums (WUS, TZ, eBay (tubby6846) and Paneristi)….I rarely sell watches and truly hate the process! I would prefer to talk with you over the phone or via email anyway, so please call 706.761.8475 (cell) or email me at triathleeet(no space)@gmail.(no space)com for fastest response. Thanks for looking. |
