One step closer to my goal

I figured it would be a good place to share here, so here goes.

I just recently finished up another semester at college, and made the dean's list with high honors, with a 3.92 GPA. I've got 2 more semesters before I transfer to the University of Michigan school of business to get my BBA in finance. When I graduate, I plan on buying myself a datejust 1604, black stick dial, as its been a dream of mine for years.

Its been a long road, and a lot of hard work, but it's been worth every moment of it. I can say its interesting going to school as a 30 year old college student, but aside from a pretty good gap in age to my comparable classmates, its a pretty good time overall.

I start another semester (spring/summer) term tomorrow, with 11 credit hours of accelerated classes, followed by 16 credit hours in the fall. So much work is yet to be done, but I get closer every day. Thanks for letting me share, Bill.

Keep it up Bill. A Rolex is a pretty nice carrot at the end of the stick.

It's good to spoil yourself with something that's just for you when you have a significant achievement.

It's great that you can look at it every day and be reminded of that event.

But it's truly magical that you won't have to sell it in a few years because you can't fit a kid seat in it!

Congrats Bill!

Sounds like you've worked hard! Didn't graduate until I was 28 myself....paid my own way.....treat yourself, as it sounds well-earned!!

Honestly, if you didn't have to drive yourself, would it have been the same?

Good job, GO BLUE! Perhaps a Bluesy would be more appropriate (ref 16613).
